The best candidates will relate their answer with an example of their past experience and talk you through what the problem was, what creative solution they came up with, what steps they took to implement the solution, and the outcome.
The interviewer is not just looking for someone who is capable of doing the job, but one who could also think out of the box and bring in new perspective to the team and the firm.
